Basic formation, with choice of own name ... £105
FULL FORMATION
* Taking your order to form a Limited Company
* Checking Companies House to see if your choice of name is acceptable
* Forming the Company electronically
* Providing you with the Company's statutory paperwork
* Submitting the statutory paperwork to Companies House
* Registering the Company for a P.A.Y.E. scheme
* Registering the Company for V.A.T. (if applicable)
Full formation with all paperwork completed ... £200
BASIC FORMATION
* Taking your order to form a Limited Company
* Checking Companies House to see if your choice of name is acceptable
* Forming the Company electronically.
